Palometa Club_ hands down the best fly fishing program in Ascension Bay, and maybe the World for catching Permit on the fly. The fishery and guide crew are some of the best in business for accommodating ALL skill levels. Whether this is your first trip to the salt or you're a legend on the bow, you will have an incredible week. Every year I look forward to sipping margaritas from the beachfront bar, indulging in authentic regional food, and fishing with some of the most skilled and good-hearted guides in the game. The Palometa Club has built a reputation as perhaps the most respected fishing lodge in the Caribbean. While recognized as the planet's premier Permit fishing program, the flats of Ascension Bay offer anglers consistent opportunities for double-digit Bonefish days, Tarpon, Snook, Barracuda, Jack Crevalle, and more. As host, my role is to use my seven years of travel/fishing experience with Palometa Club to assist in any pre-trip gear preparation and booking your travel itinerary. On location, I will act as your liaison between lodge management and guide staff, all of which have become family over the years, if anything should come up during our week of fishing I will make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible. I will also help out with rigging and guiding when I can, but anglers will be fishing with two local guides every day.
